Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix Oreo cookie crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar until it resembles wet sand. Press firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust. Chill in the refrigerator while preparing the filling.
  2. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until fully incorporated.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream to stiff peaks. Gently fold into the cream cheese mixture until smooth and streak-free.
  4. Fold in the crushed Oreo cookies evenly throughout the filling.
  5. Pour the filling over the chilled crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
  6. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results.
  7. Before serving, garnish with extra Oreo cookies if desired. Carefully remove the sides of the springform pan and slice into wedges.
