Butterfinger Balls
Ingredients:

Ingredient Quantity
Softened butter 4 tablespoons (½ stick)
Vanilla extract 1 teaspoon
Chocolate bark or chocolate chips 8 ounces
Crushed Butterfinger bars ½ cup
Powdered sugar 1 cup
Peanut butter (avoid all-natural) 1 cup
Graham cracker crumbs ¾ cup
Optional Garnishes: additional crushed Butterfinger bars, sprinkles, or coarse sea salt As desired

Instructions:
Prepare the Dough:
In a mixing bowl, beat together peanut butter and softened butter with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy. Add vanilla extract and blend well. Gradually mix in powdered sugar, scraping the sides of the bowl as needed. Gently fold in graham cracker crumbs and crushed Butterfinger bars until evenly combined.

Shape & Chill:
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Scoop out about 1 to 1 ½ tablespoons of dough at a time and roll into balls. Place them on the sheet and freeze for about 30 minutes until firm.

Melt the Chocolate:
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate bark or chips in 30-second intervals at 50% power, stirring between each round until smooth. Be careful not to overheat.

Coat and Decorate:
Dip each chilled ball into the melted chocolate, coating completely or leaving a little peanut butter showing for contrast. While the chocolate is still wet, sprinkle with extra crushed Butterfinger, festive sprinkles, or a pinch of coarse sea salt.

Final Step:
Let the chocolate set completely before serving. To speed things up, pop the tray back into the freezer for a few minutes.

Storage:
Keep these Butterfinger Balls in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.

These little chocolate-covered bites are crunchy, creamy, and oh-so-addictive—the ultimate no-bake dessert that everyone will be asking you to make again and again!
