Ingredients:
- 12 raw shrimps (quantity as desired)
- 1 serving of linguine pasta
- 2 cloves of minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 1/2 cup of heavy cream
- Grated parmesan cheese
- 1/8 teaspoon of basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Flour (for thickening)
- Cajun seasoning
- 1/4 cup of parsley
- White wine (not shown)
- Olive oil (not shown)
Directions:
- Heat a saucepan over medium-high heat. Add butter, a drizzle of olive oil, and a dash of white wine. Bring it to a boil.
- Incorporate minced garlic and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Introduce the shrimps to the pan.
- Generously season the shrimps with Cajun seasoning to your liking. Once pink on one side, flip and cook for another minute. Remove the shrimps, leaving the liquid.
- Add heavy cream, basil, parsley, salt, and pepper.
