Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven & Prep Pans: Heat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease two 9×5-inch loaf pans with butter or non-stick spray.
  2. Cream Wet Ingredients: In a mixing bowl, beat together butter, cream cheese, and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla extract.

  5. Bake: Bake for 45–50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
