Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F.
In a large mixing bowl, stir together the shredded chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy.
Open the crescent roll dough and separate the triangles.
Add a heaping spoonful of the chicken filling to the wide end of each triangle, then gently roll it toward the tip, tucking the edges to create a neat pillow shape.
Arrange the filled pillows on a greased baking sheet. Brush each one with melted butter and sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the top.
Bake for 15–20 minutes or until the tops turn golden and the dough is fully cooked.
While they bake, warm the heavy cream and additional Parmesan in a small saucepan over medium heat, stirring until the sauce thickens and becomes smooth.
Remove the chicken pillows from the oven and pour the creamy Parmesan sauce over them. Finish with a sprinkle of fresh parsley and serve warm.
Notes
Swap the cream cheese for Greek yogurt if you want a lighter filling.
