| Refrigerated biscuits (regular size) | 1 tube |
| Butter | 4 tablespoons |
| Granulated sugar | ½ cup |
| Ground cinnamon | 1 tablespoon |
Ingredients (For the Icing)
| Ingredient | Quantity |
|---|---|
| Confectioners’ sugar | 1 cup |
| Milk | 2–3 tablespoons |
| Vanilla extract | ½ teaspoon |
Instructions
Step 1: Prep & Preheat
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Melt 4 tablespoons of butter in a shallow microwave-safe dish at low power. In another shallow bowl, mix the ½ cup sugar with 1 tablespoon cinnamon. Coat an 8×8-inch baking dish thoroughly with cooking spray.
Step 2: Cut the Biscuits
Use kitchen scissors to cut each biscuit from the tube into three pieces. Spread the pieces on a plate so they don’t stick together.
Step 3: Coat & Arrange
Dip each biscuit piece into the melted butter, then roll it in the cinnamon–sugar mixture. Place the coated pieces evenly in the prepared pan. Repeat until all pieces are coated and arranged.
Step 4: Bake
Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until the tops are a rich golden brown. Allow them to cool slightly.
Step 5: Prepare & Drizzle the Icing
While the biscuits cool, whisk together 1 cup confectioners’ sugar, 2–3 tablespoons milk, and ½ teaspoon vanilla extract until smooth. Drizzle the icing over the warm biscuit bites and serve immediately.
These cinnamon sugar pull-apart bites are quick, comforting, and delightfully sweet—perfect for sharing with family or enjoying solo.
