Honey Mustard Pork Chops

Ingredients:

Garlic, minced 2 cloves
Apple cider vinegar or lemon juice 1 tbsp
Paprika ½ tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Black pepper ½ tsp
Fresh parsley (optional garnish) As desired

Instructions:

Step 1: Prep the Pork Chops
Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt, pepper, and paprika for a flavorful crust.

Step 2: Sear to Perfection
Heat olive oil or butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the chops 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

Step 3: Make the Honey Mustard Sauce
In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic for about 30 seconds. Stir in Dijon mustard, whole-grain mustard (if using), honey, chicken broth, and vinegar. Whisk together and let simmer 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.
