Iowa Party Bites

Ingredients:

Ingredient Quantity
Tostitos scoops tortilla chips 1 (10 oz) bag
Cream cheese, softened 1 (8 oz) block
Shredded mozzarella cheese 8 oz
Egg 1
Sweet corn, drained 1 (15 oz) can
Green chiles, mild or medium 1 (4 oz) can
Garlic powder 1 teaspoon
Salt 1 teaspoon
Black pepper 1/2 teaspoon
Grated Parmesan cheese, for tops 1/2 cup

Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Lightly grease two large baking sheets or line them with parchment paper for easy cleanup. Arrange the tortilla chips on the sheets, cup side up, so they’re ready to be filled.

In a large bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, egg, sweet corn, green chiles, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until well combined. Scoop about one tablespoon of the filling into each chip.

Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the top of each filled chip to create a golden, cheesy crust as they bake. Place the trays in the oven and bake for 13–15 minutes, or until the tops are beautifully golden and the filling is hot and bubbly.

Serve these bites warm and watch them disappear. They’re simple to make, irresistibly cheesy, and perfect for feeding a hungry crowd.
