Ingredients

Ingredient Quantity
Brownie mix 1 cup
Vegetable oil 2 tablespoons
Large egg 1
Water ¼ cup
Cream cheese, softened 8 ounces
Granulated sugar ¼ cup
Vanilla extract 1 teaspoon
Mini chocolate chips (optional) ⅓ cup
Caramel syrup As needed for drizzling
Chocolate syrup As needed for drizzling

Instructions

Step 1: Preheat and Prepare Pan
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin pan with paper cupcake liners.

Step 2: Make the Brownie Base
In a medium bowl, combine the brownie mix, vegetable oil, egg, and water until smooth and glossy. Scoop about two tablespoons of the batter into each liner, filling halfway to leave space for the cheesecake layer.

Step 3: Prepare the Cheesecake Layer
In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with sugar and vanilla extract until silky and fully combined.

Step 4: Assemble the Cups
Drop a spoonful of the cream cheese mixture onto each brownie base. Gently swirl the cheesecake into the brownie layer with a toothpick or knife to create a marbled effect. Top with mini chocolate chips if desired.

Step 5: Bake
Bake for 20–22 minutes, until the centers are set and the tops appear slightly puffed.

Step 6: Cool and Chill
Allow the cups to cool completely in the pan, then refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Step 7: Finish and Serve
Before serving, drizzle with caramel and chocolate syrup for an extra decadent touch. These cups make a perfect dessert for any occasion.
