- Preheat & Prep the Base: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a medium bowl, beat 2 eggs, then stir in 2/3 cup milk and the 25 crushed Ritz crackers until well combined.
- Add Fillers: Fold in the diced onion and shredded cheddar cheese. Season with 1 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp pepper.
