How To Make Mini Meatloaf Muffins:
Step 1: Prep & Mix: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a large bowl, combine ground beef, onion, bell pepper, Worcestershire sauce, parsley, Dijon mustard, ¼ cup BBQ sauce, bread crumbs, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix gently with your hands until just combined.
