Instructions

  1. Preheat & Prepare:
    Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix Dry Ingredients:
    In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and baking soda. Set aside.
  3. Cream Butter & Sugars:
    In a large mixing bowl, beat the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar with an electric mixer for 2–3 minutes until light and fluffy.
  4. Add Eggs & Vanilla:
    Mix in the eggs and vanilla extract until fully incorporated.
  5. Combine Wet & Dry Ingredients:
    Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  6. Fold in Mix-Ins:
    Gently fold in the rolled oats, Rice Krispie cereal, and chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  7. Form & Bake:
    Use a cookie scoop to drop dough balls onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart. Bake for 9–10 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
