Yield: 8 servings

Ingredients

Ingredient Quantity
Cooked shrimp, chopped 2 cups
Crab meat, drained and flaked 1 cup
Mayonnaise 1/2 cup
Cream cheese, softened 1/4 cup
Dijon mustard 1 tablespoon
Lemon juice 1 tablespoon
Old Bay seasoning 1 teaspoon
Garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper 1/4 teaspoon
Refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits) 1 package (16.5 oz)
Shredded cheddar cheese 1 cup
Fresh parsley, chopped 2 tablespoons

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, stir together the chopped shrimp, crab meat, mayonnaise, cream cheese, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper until the filling becomes creamy and well blended.
Separate the refrigerated biscuits and gently flatten each one into a 1/4-inch-thick circle.
Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the seafood mixture into the center of each dough round.
Fold the dough over the filling and pinch the edges together so the mixture stays sealed inside. Arrange the filled biscuits on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Bake for 15–20 minutes until the biscuits turn a beautiful golden brown.
Take them out of the oven, top each one with shredded cheddar cheese, and return them for about 5 more minutes until the cheese melts and bubbles.
Finish with a sprinkle of fresh parsley and serve warm.

Notes
Add a little hot sauce or cayenne if you want a spicy twist.
Lobster or scallops work well as a substitute for the crab if you want a different seafood flavor.
