Slow Cooker Ravioli Lasagna

Ingredients:

Ingredient Quantity
Frozen Ravioli (5 cheese) 25 oz. (DO NOT THAW)
Ground Beef (or mild sausage) 1 lb.
White Onion, diced 1 cup
Salt 1/2 tsp.
Pepper 1/4 tsp.
Garlic Powder 1/4 tsp.
Dried Leaf Oregano 1/2 tsp. (not ground)
Marinara Sauce (Rao’s) 24 oz.
Shredded Mozzarella Cheese 8 oz. (2 cups)

Instructions:

Step 1: Brown the Meat
In a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef with the diced onion. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and oregano. Keep a few tablespoons of the cooking juices to ensure the meat stays moist.

Step 2: Prepare the Slow Cooker
Spray the inside of your slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray to prevent sticking.

Step 3: Layer the Ingredients
Start by spreading half of the marinara sauce evenly across the bottom of the slow cooker. Arrange half of the frozen ravioli over the sauce. Spread the cooked beef mixture over the ravioli, then layer the remaining ravioli on top. Pour the rest of the marinara sauce over the final layer and sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly on top.

Step 4: Cook
Cover the slow cooker with the lid and cook on LOW for 4 hours. The ravioli will cook through while absorbing all the flavors from the sauce and meat.

Step 5: Serve and Enjoy
Once done, serve the lasagna straight from the slow cooker. Each bite delivers a comforting combination of cheesy, meaty, and herb-infused flavors that everyone will love.
