Cook Time: 15 minutes
Total Time: 30 minutes

Ingredient Quantity
Ground beef 1 lb
Onion, finely chopped 1 small
Shredded cheddar cheese 1 cup
Refrigerated crescent roll dough 1 package (8 oz)
Ketchup 2 tbsp
Mustard 1 tbsp
Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp
Salt and pepper To taste
Olive oil 1 tbsp

Instructions
Step 1: Preheat the Oven
Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) so it’s fully heated and ready to crisp up the pockets.

Step 2: Cook the Onions and Beef
Warm the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, then add the chopped onion. Sauté for 3–4 minutes, just until soft and fragrant. Add the ground beef, break it apart, and cook until browned. Drain any extra grease.

Step 3: Season the Beef Mixture
Stir in the ketchup, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce until everything is well combined. Add salt and pepper to taste, then let the mixture simmer for a couple of minutes so the flavors blend. Remove from heat and allow it to cool slightly.

Step 4: Assemble the Pockets
Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into 8 triangles. Place a spoonful of the beef mixture on the wider end of each piece, then top with shredded cheddar. Fold the dough over the filling and pinch the seams to seal.

Step 5: Bake to Perfection
Arrange the pockets on a parchment-lined baking sheet, leaving room between each one. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until beautifully golden and crisp. Let them cool briefly before serving so the filling can set.

Enjoy warm—they’re cheesy, savory, and absolutely irresistible.
