This dish is my husband’s favorite. As soon as we’re done with one serving, he’s already getting seconds

Nothing says cozy like a big bowl of Slow Cooker Beef & Noodles. Tender beef slowly cooked until it practically melts, paired with hearty noodles and a rich, savory broth—it’s the kind of meal that feels like home. Best of all, your slow cooker does most of the work, so you can enjoy a delicious, homestyle dinner with minimal effort.

Slow Cooker Beef & Noodles
Ingredients:

Ingredient Quantity
Beef stew meat or chuck roast 2 lbs
Onion, finely chopped 1
Garlic, minced 3 cloves
Beef broth 4 cups
Salt 1 teaspoon
Black pepper ½ teaspoon
Dried thyme 1 teaspoon
Dried rosemary 1 teaspoon
Bay leaf 1
Egg noodles 3 cups
Flour ¼ cup
Water ¼ cup
Worcestershire sauce 1 tablespoon

Instructions:
Brown the Beef (Optional but Highly Recommended): Heat a skillet over medium heat and sear the beef on all sides until golden brown. This step brings out deep, rich flavor that takes the dish to the next level.
Combine & Cook: Place the browned beef in the slow cooker. Add the onion, garlic, beef broth, salt, pepper, thyme, rosemary, and bay leaf. Cover and cook on LOW for 7–8 hours, until the beef is fork-tender and shreds easily.
Add Noodles & Thicken: About 30 minutes before serving, take out the bay leaf. Stir in the egg noodles so they soak up all that savory goodness.
Make a Slurry: In a small bowl, whisk flour and water together until smooth. Stir this mixture into the slow cooker to thicken the sauce.
Finish Cooking: Add Worcestershire sauce and mix well. Cook for another 30 minutes, until the noodles are tender and the broth has turned into a silky, flavorful sauce.
Serve: Remove the bay leaf, dish up, and enjoy a warm, nostalgic bowl of this classic beef and noodles recipe.
