These rich, chocolate-packed brownies are a dream for any chocolate lover. Made with Hershey’s syrup, they’re extra fudgy and topped with a creamy, sweet icing that makes them perfect for family gatherings or a simple indulgence.

Ingredients

For the Brownies:

Ingredient Quantity
Butter (melted) ½ cup
Granulated sugar 1 cup
Eggs 4
Vanilla extract 1 teaspoon
Flour 1 cup
Hershey’s syrup 1 (16-ounce) can
Chopped nuts 1 cup (optional)

For the Icing:

Ingredient Quantity
Confectioners’ sugar 3 cups
Butter (melted) ½ cup
Cocoa 4 tablespoons
Milk 4 tablespoons
Vanilla extract 1 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Preheat and Prepare Pan:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 10×15-inch baking pan.
  2. Mix Butter and Sugar:
In a large bowl, combine melted butter and sugar. Beat in eggs one at a time until fully incorporated.
  3. Add Remaining Ingredients:
Stir in vanilla extract, flour, Hershey’s syrup, and chopped nuts (if using) until the batter is smooth.
  4. Bake the Brownies:
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 35–40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  5. Prepare the Icing:
While the brownies bake, combine melted butter, cocoa, and 1 tablespoon of milk in a microwave-safe bowl and heat until hot.
  6. Combine Icing Ingredients:
In a separate bowl, place the confectioners’ sugar. Add the cocoa-butter mixture and beat until smooth. Stir in vanilla extract and gradually add the remaining milk until you reach the desired consistency.
  7. Frost the Brownies:
Allow the baked brownies to cool for 5–10 minutes. Spread the icing evenly over the top. Sprinkle with chopped nuts if desired. Let the icing set.
  8. Cool and Serve:
Once fully cooled, cut the brownies into squares and enjoy these fudgy, chocolatey treats.
